Why Invest?

As someone who lived with Clinical Anxiety and whose children had heightened anxiety; I know what support is effective and what is not. I have experienced countless professionals who are kind and encouraging, but not skilled in targeting the reduction of anxiety despite it being the most treatable mental health condition. 


As an Anxiety Coach, my approach blends evidence-informed practices and whole-person wellness strategies to recalibrate anxious patterns. Clients will discover how to move beyond short term relief strategies by rebuilding their toolbox with effective, lasting solutions. We will increase your self-awareness and skillsets in the areas of psychology, neuroscience, and lifestyle. Faith-based concepts can be incorporated for clients interested in how God's anxiety message aligns with skill-building.


We prioritize the growth of your family over the growth of your expenses. Anxiety persists in relationships, thus a 1:1 approach is typically least effective if you live with others. Best practice is to build self-awareness and skills WITH your support system to promote lasting, generational change. Beyond in-person or virtual office sessions, we offer in-home coaching to give the whole family a playbook for shrinking anxiety. 

Coaching vs Therapy?

Coaching emphasizes rapid learning gains, rebuilding, and performance. You will be taught WHY your brain worries and HOW to choose outcomes that are helpful and productive. "I'm just an anxious person" is not something you should say about yourself. It's up to you to use the tools you receive, and your improved outlook should be recognizable in yourself and those who know you best.


When deciding between a counselor, therapist, psychologist or coach; ask specific questions on their anxiety credentials and training, what lasting solutions they offer, and how quickly you will benefit. Specialized anxiety training is rare to find across providers. Many professionals unintentionally make anxiety worse by keeping you trapped in your thoughts.

How Much?

Much like hiring a personal trainer; our $65 hourly sessions are paid by clients seeking a qualified professional in the targeted area of anxiety. 

What Type of Sessions Do You Offer?

Private Session: Pricing is competitive at $65 for a 60-minute 1:1 session. This rate stays the same for couples or families who want to attend sessions together, which is best practice as anxiety requires family solutions.  


Group Session: Should you have a small group in mind, an affordable group rate can be split among those participating. Check out our affordable summer learning for groups at $30 per session. 


In general, clients report that one session illuminated a new way of thinking about anxiety. After their first session, most report a reduction of symptoms when applying the knowledge and strategies to their lives. I typically recommend 6-8 weekly sessions to establish and maintain new patterns.
