About my anxiety coach
Jasmine "Jayme" McIntyre, M.A., Ed.S.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. You take your mind everywhere you go and use it to think through each aspect of your day. Your thoughts should work for you, not against you. I know firsthand what it's like to live inside a confined yet controlling brain; and I also know what it's like to live inside an encouraging brain that's flexible and open to new possibilities.
My experience with anxiety is firsthand and paired with Master's degrees in both psychology and education. But, anxiety continued to negatively impact me and it didn't respond well to counseling methods l learned in graduate school. So, I took another step and trained with our nation's leading Anxiety Experts, which was eye-opening and transformative! From there, I sought out the wisdom of our Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. When I filtered my anxiety experiences and education through the lens of Biblical Truth, it brought profound clarity and a groundbreaking moment for me! Lamb to Lion Anxiety Coaching, LLC was created to transcend the standard, secular approach by training you to become the Christ-Centered, Anxiety Expert for your life.
